I combine causal inference, econometrics, and machine learning to transform raw data into decision-making tools for public health and policy. From my work at DIGEMID (MINSA) to AI systems for radiology diagnosis, I build models that advise real decisions at scale.

Complex systems — markets, diseases, supply chains — share one property: they are predictable if you choose the right representation. I design ML architectures (CNNs, transformers, wavelet decomposition, ensemble models) that extract signal where traditional analysis sees only noise. As CTO @ Magnus GC Consulting, I build production-grade forecasting platforms that operationalize this principle.

I believe AI and robotics are among the most transformative forces of our time — but their benefits are not equally distributed. At Nonhuman AI Robotics Lab, I help build the frontier: embodied intelligence, autonomous robots, and reinforcement learning research in Latin America. Through SINAPSIA, the NGO I founded and lead, I work to close the technology access gap — because the power of AI must reach beyond those who already have it.
